Our recruitment process is clear and straightforward

You can apply for vacancies using our online system. Send us your application, your CV and any other appendices. For vacancies, we only consider applications sent through the online system.

After you send your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. We review all applications and invite the most promising applicants for an interview. First-round interviews may be done by video if required, on a case-by-case basis. In this case, you will receive an invitation by e-mail.

We aim to be in touch with all applicants within two weeks of the application deadline. We also always aim to notify applicants of any delays.

For permanent appointments and some fixed-term appointments, an aptitude test will be given to find the best applicants. A security clearance will be performed on accepted applicants (Security Clearance Act, 726/2014). For further information on security clearances, please visit the website of the Finnish Security Intelligence Service.
