The recruitment process


  1. Our open positions are listed in the Open positions -section. You can apply for your chosen position using the specific online application form. Our recruitment system is easy to use, you only have to fill in some basic information about yourself and attach your application letter, CV and other possible attachments. Please note that we don’t approve applications through email. Read more about the data protection description for personal data when applying for open positions.
  2. When you have submitted your application, you will get an automatic confirmation to your email. The applications are processed in the recruiting unit and after that, most potential applicants will be invited for an interview. In some recruitments, we use video interviews in the first round. In that case you will get an separate invitation by email. 
  3. We strive to be in contact with all applicants within two weeks after the application period has ended. Sometimes the recruitment process might take longer, but in those cases, we strive to inform the applicants about the delay. We contact all applicants. 
  4. In all permanent and in some of the fixed-term positions, the applicants most suitable for the position are evaluated with an aptitude test. Selected applicants will also be subject to a request for personnel security clearance (The Finnish Security Clearance Act, 726/2014 ).
