The scope of the Progress in Paper Physics Seminar is to discuss the broad field of physical properties of paper, paperboard and new cellulose-containing materials.
In addition to contributions centered on traditional paper grades and products, investigations of other materials produced from natural fibers, including biocomposites and nanostructured materials are welcome. The program will contain presentations reporting on the latest experimental, theoretical and computational developments. Recent development of fundamental and applied contributions are welcomed to the Seminar. There will be specially invited plenary speakers aiming at bringing industry and academia together for in-depth discussions on selected topics in paper physics and its potential impact on industry.
The Progress in Paper Physics Seminar will be held at University of Jyväskylä in Finland, June 1-5, 2020.
