Our solution
FoldTech brings advanced origami-inspired structures out of the lab and into industrial mass production. We are commercializing a unique, proprietary roll-to-shape folding technology that transforms ultra-thin flat sheets – including paperboard, metals, and biocomposites - into highly rigid, lightweight 3D Miura-core structures.
Our dynamic, validated continuous manufacturing process integrates seamlessly into high-speed production lines, finally solving the scalability bottleneck that has historically held the industry back. This breakthrough delivers a decisive competitive advantage over traditional corrugated or honeycomb alternatives through radical dematerialization.
