About me

Dr Tiina Apilo is a Senior Scientist at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. in the Corporate Foresight and Business Strategies research team. She has almost 30 years of experience in research and development projects related to corporate renewal and networked innovation. She obtained her doctorate from the Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT University) in 2010. She has published several books on innovation management. Her recent research interests have focused on innovation ecosystems, corporate foresight and new technologies as business opportunities.
