Carbon Dioxide Use and Removal Project

Carbon Dioxide Use and Removal is multi-disciplinary national project funded by the Prime Minister's Office of Finland. The project is carried out by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd., Finnish Environment Institute and Tyrsky Consulting Ltd. The project improves knowledge on the technologies, markets, regulation and policies on carbon dioxide capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) and technical sinks. The project also analyses the policies and measures required in Finland to introduce these solutions and supports Finland in developing positions for EU energy and climate legislation. More information about the project is available here.
