We warmly welcome you to the VTT's SmartHealth Ecosystem Event on 12 June 2019 in Messukeskus, Helsinki!
Ensuring good health and wellbeing for everybody becomes more challenging as the population gets older and the demand increases for health and social services. Our healthcare system is also under great pressure to save costs and the most effective way to do this is to prevent illnesses and diseases from occurring in the first place. New monitoring and diagnostic tools also allow people to take a more active role in caring for their own health. In addition, by breaking the existing data silos, new healthcare innovations can benefit both private and public sector and lead to new and more personalized healthcare solutions.
Turning opportunities into a success requires a combination of high-quality R&D in medical sciences, ICT, wearable sensors and in diagnostic technologies. In the workshop, we will have several SmartHealth related industrial presentations on latest technology achievements and a panel discussion on future opportunities within the Smart Health sector.
Please note that though the event will be organized at the same time as the HIMSS conference, the participation is free of charge and does not require participation in the HIMSS conference.
Ensure your seat by registering already now or at the latest by 10 June
