Powder piloting equipments.

Powder piloting facilities are covering whole production chain from powder synthesis to component ready for performance testing. Facilities allows to start development from small scale laboratory experiment and further continuing processing material needed to field testing.

Our philosophy is to provide one stop service to develop and manufacture components to be tested in real industrial operational environment. In practice, this means that we have various parallel manufacturing routes enabling to select to most suitable for each particular case.

Material selection and design

In material selection and design we are combining our 20 years’ experience with sophisticated software’s such as CES selector and FactSage. For the most challenging cases VTT ProperTune integrated computational materials engineering environment can be utilize.
