Our recruitment process is clear and straightforward

  • You can apply for our open positions using our online recruitment system. Send us your application with your CV, motivation letter and any other appendices. We only consider applications sent through the recruitment system.

  • After you send your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. We review all applications and invite the most promising applicants for an interview. If you apply for a specific open position, we aim to be in touch with you within two weeks of the application deadline. We also always aim to notify you if there are any delays. With open applications, we will contact you to continue the recruitment process if we spot a potential opportunity for you.

  • First-round interviews will be held either via Teams or on-site at VTT’s premises. On a case-by-case basis, we use video interviews before first-round interviews. In this case, you will receive an invitation by e-mail. With some positions, we arrange a second-round interview and/or an in-depth interview round with online pre-assessments.

  • After interviews, we inform all candidates personally about the decision. For some of our positions, a security clearance will be performed on chosen applicants (Security Clearance Act, 726/2014).
